- 1 avocado, mashed

Instructions
- Stir refried beans to smooth out large chunks.
- In serving bowl, spread refried beans then layer mashed avocado over the beans.
- Break mackerel into large chunks and top over avocado.
- Top with chopped tomato, cheese, black olives, and cilantro.
- For extra flavor, drizzle some reserved oil over dip before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips and lime wedges.
