Mackerel in Sweet Thai Chili Sauce Nori Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can King Oscar Mackerel in Sweet Thai Chili Sauce, sauce reserved
  • ~8 small snack size nori seaweed sheets (or large sheets cut into 4 pieces)
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 small bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup micro greens or radish sprouts
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seed

HERE’S WHAT YOU DO...

  1. Top your nori sheets with cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, and micro greens/sprouts.
  2. Layer mackerel on top of vegetables, drizzle with reserved Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
  3. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy.
