Mediterranean Salmon Skillet Pasta

Pasta done the royal way! Gourmet salmon, rich flavors and tantalizing textures – serve it warm for dinner, chill and pack the leftovers for your next lunch!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can King Oscar Salmon Mediterranean Style, reserve oil
  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked to package instructions
  • 8 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced or minced
  • 2 tbsp sliced pitted olives
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Red chili flakes, optional

HERE’S WHAT YOU DO...

  1. Heat large skillet to medium-high heat. Add reserved oil, tomatoes, and garlic to pan. Cook tomatoes until blistered.
  2. Add salmon and olives. Stir gently until heated through, about 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Add pasta, parsley, and thyme to mixture and gently combine.
  4. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and red chili flakes.
