Ingredients
- 1 can King Oscar Salmon Mediterranean Style, reserve oil
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked to package instructions
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced or minced
- 2 tbsp sliced pitted olives
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Red chili flakes, optional
Blistered cherry tomatoes, briny olives, and fresh herbs set the stage for Mediterranean-style salmon over spaghetti. One skillet, 15 minutes, dinner done.
Instructions
- Heat large skillet to medium-high heat. Add reserved oil, tomatoes, and garlic to pan. Cook tomatoes until blistered.
- Add salmon and olives. Stir gently until heated through, about 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add pasta, parsley, and thyme to mixture and gently combine.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and red chili flakes.
