Kipper Snacks & Fried Egg Toast

You love breakfast. You love smoked fish. You love eggs. You love toast. The King Oscar Kitchen has got you! In fact, this classic protein-packed, savory combo is so good, you’ll want to try it for a lunch or dinner too!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can King Oscar Kipper Snacks in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, reserve oil
  • 5 oz asparagus, ends removed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices toast
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

HERE’S WHAT YOU DO...

  1. Heat pan on medium-high heat, add half the oil from kipper snacks tin.
  2. Sauté asparagus until tender, season with salt and pepper, remove from pan.
  3. Add remaining half of kipper snacks oil to heated pan. Fry eggs.
  4. Layer the toast with avocado, tomato, egg, and kipper snacks.
  5. Season egg with salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Serve with asparagus and lemon.
