Classic Egg and Anchovy Canapes

A traditional Norwegian favorite for many generations. And for obvious reason…the flavors are terrific. Let’s get your party started!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can King Oscar Anchovies in Olive Oil
  • 4 slices buttered bread
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves

HERE’S WHAT YOU DO...

  1. Place a leaf of lettuce on each slice of buttered bread.
  2. Arrange egg slices on top of lettuce, dividing equally.
  3. Cut bread slices into quarters.
  4. Top each quarter with two anchovies.
