Quick & Easy Mussels and Onion Dip

Ingredients
- 1 can King Oscar Mussels in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 16 oz. sour cream
- Crackers, sliced vegetables, chips, and/or toasts, for serving
Smoked mussels folded into sour cream with Old Bay, smoked paprika, fresh dill, and parsley make a no-cook dip that gets better after a few hours in the fridge.
Instructions
- In bowl, combine all the dried spices together (minced onion, Old Bay Seasoning, onion salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper).
- Add fresh dill, fresh parsley, and sour cream. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the mussels. (Optional) Reserve a few mussels to place on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours for all the flavors to combine.
- Serve with crackers, sliced vegetables, chips, and/or toasts.
