Royal Sardine Tapenade

Ingredients
- 1 can King Oscar Skinless & Boneless Sardines in Olive Oil
- 1 can (4.25 oz) chopped black olives
- 10-12 pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
- 2 tbsp minced red onion
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Ground black pepper
- Crackers or sliced baguette bread
His Majesty's tapenade is fit for a royal gathering. Sardines mashed with Kalamata olives, red onion, fresh herbs, and lemon, served on crackers or baguette.
Instructions
- Mash sardines and oil from the can in a bowl.
- Add chopped olives, minced onion, chopped herbs, and fresh lemon juice to your preference.
- Add dash of black pepper to taste.
- Serve on crackers or sliced baguette.
