Ingredients

  • 1 can King Oscar Skinless & Boneless Sardines in Olive Oil
  • 1 can (4.25 oz) chopped black olives
  • 10-12 pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced red onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Ground black pepper
  • Crackers or sliced baguette bread

His Majesty's tapenade is fit for a royal gathering. Sardines mashed with Kalamata olives, red onion, fresh herbs, and lemon, served on crackers or baguette.

Instructions

  1. Mash sardines and oil from the can in a bowl.
  2. Add chopped olives, minced onion, chopped herbs, and fresh lemon juice to your preference.
  3. Add dash of black pepper to taste.
  4. Serve on crackers or sliced baguette.
