Dijon Mustard Sardine Ricotta Toast

Ingredients
- 1 can King Oscar Sardines in Dijon Mustard
- About 4 slices toasted bread
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- Thinly sliced radishes
- Microgreens, for garnish
- Roasted nuts, chopped or sliced
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh thyme, optional for garnish
- Lemon slices, for serving
Creamy ricotta and Dijon mustard spread on toast and topped with sardines, crisp radishes and micro greens.
Instructions
- Toast the bread then spread a layer of ricotta on each slice.
- Spread some of the mustard from the sardine can on top of the ricotta.
- Top with sardines, sliced radishes, microgreens, roasted nuts, and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves, if desired, and serve with lemon slices.
