Our take on a classic fish dip. Low-fat cottage cheese or yogurt keeps it nice and light. Preparation takes just several minutes, but this dish is best served chilled so leave enough time to refrigerate about an hour.
1 bunch chives, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped or pressed
125g cottage cheese
125g plain yogurt
1 tsp fresh cream
Fresh lemon juice

- 1 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 Add lemon juice and pepper to taste.
- 3 Refrigerate before serving with breadsticks, toast squares, salty crackers, or fresh bread.
